Gorgeous Harraton Cottage has been stylishly restored as a peaceful, characterful hideaway, offering a wonderful place for a break. The cottage is inviting, fresh and spacious, with many features including a wood burning stove, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and open plan living.
Perfect for families and groups - sleeps 10 people across four bedrooms
The cottage is perfect for both families and groups of friends, sleeping up to 10 people across four bedrooms. With three bathrooms - two en suites for the king size bedrooms and a family bathroom – there’s plenty of space for everyone. Harraton Cottage is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped, offering a wide selection of essentials for children and babies including toys, cots and high chairs.
Outside, there is a large paddock and a lawned area to the front and rear of the house, with outdoor furniture and a barbeque area for the summer months. With stunning, wide-reaching rural views across the rolling hills and big skies, Harraton combines countryside living with modern facilities.
We welcome dogs too! Our previous canine guests have been particularly impressed with the great walks in the surrounding countryside.

Although Harraton Cottage is placed firmly in the heart of the countryside, we are within easy reach of many beaches, the South West Coastal path and Dartmoor. Our enviable location means there are plenty of great activities and days out close by.
Harraton Cottage is easily accessible – just 15 minutes from the A38, 10 minutes to the award-winning Bantham surfing beach and 2 miles to the beautiful town of Modbury
